You Will Need:
6-8 pork chops, 1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 tp salt
3 egg, beaten, 1/4 cup flour
2 cups Italian style breadcrumbs, 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
What You Need to Do:
Preheat oven to 350. Season chops with garlic powder and seasoning
salt. Place eggs in a small bowl. Coat pork chops lightly
in flour, dip in the egg, and coat with bread crumbs. Grilling chops 5
minutes on each side, or until breading is browned. Transfer chops to a
baking dish, cover with foil. Bake for an hour. Combine cream of
mushroom soup and milk in a bowl. After the pork chops have been
cooking
for an hour, cover them with the soup. Replace foil, and
bake for another 30 minutes.
